You can rent the Historic Cheese Factory for your next event! The Cheese Factory at 101 East Center Street has a large open floor plan, restrooms, electricity, and small stage area.
With plenty of parking and Trailhead Park across the parking lot, this location has been used for family reunions, graduation parties, weddings and more!
The Cheese Factory is open May-October. Rental fee of this historic building, which includes the use of 10 tables and about 100 chairs, is $74.81 plus a $200 deposit (deposit refunded if no damage occurred and the keys are returned) from City Hall.
Collins Park Pavilion
One of Pine Island's best-kept secrets! Collins Park is located near 420 3rd Ave NW features a frisbee golf course, playground, bathrooms, water fountains, pavilion and paved path on the west that takes you on a nature walk along the river. There is plenty of open space to run or just sit on the benches and enjoy the peace and serenity that this beautiful park brings!
The Park is open May-October (weather permitting) from 8 am-10 pm. The pavilion is available to rent for $37.41 from City Hall.
Trailhead Park Pavilion
Trailhead Park at 101 East Center Street features a playground, pavilion, bathrooms, electricity, water fountains, horseshoe pits, parking and plenty of room to run.
The park is also access to the start of the Douglas Trail, a 12.5 mile paved trail. Restrooms, picnic tables, and parking are also in the town of Douglas, and the trail ends in Rochester.
The park is open May-October (weather permitting) from 8 am-10 pm. The pavilion is available to rent for $53.44 from City Hall.
Pine Island City Hall
City Hall at 250 South Main Street rents its upstairs facility to the public.
Upstairs comes complete with a full kitchen, mens and womens restrooms, elevator access, hard wood floors, high ceilings, tables and chairs, large windows and sound system--all for the incredibly low price of only $53.44! Damage deposit of $200 is required. Available year round. 82 person occupancy.

Between Kwik Trip and Dollar General
Park your RV in one of four parking spots conviently located at the head of Douglas Trail, and moments away from down town Pine Island. Electricity and Water hookup, and a place to dump your tank. No Fires will be permitted. $35 a night.
Open May-September (Weather Permitting) and blacked out the week prior and after Cheese Fest. (First Weekend in June)
